- Can I come look at your supplies?
- No. The license issued to us by the City of Lethbridge does not allow us to have customers in our home.
- Can I pick up my order from your location?
- No. The license issued to us by the City of Lethbridge does not allow us to have customers in our home. We can arrange to meet you at a location in Lethbridge or we can deliver to your home/work.
- How much will shipping be on my order?
- We do not charge profit on shipping charges. What Canada Post charges us is what we charge you. As such, we can’t know in advance what your shipping charge will be. Shipping charges depend on weight, height, width, length and how far from Lethbridge you live. If you still need to know what the shipping charges will be, let us know. We will weigh and measure the package and provide you with an estimate based on information available on Canada Post’s website.
