This research explores how arts-based pedagogies can foster emotional intelligence and empathy in social science education. Understanding social issues requires not only cognitive skills but also emotional engagement. The study shows that such approaches enhance empathy and interpersonal skills. Students demonstrated greater sensitivity to issues such as inequality and discrimination.
